So I purchased the Pathfinder 2E Advanced Player's Guide on Wed 8/5. The Payment was withdrawn (not pending), but the book is not showing up in my Purchased items. I put in a help ticket, but haven't gotten a response. Any other way I can get this issue addressed? I don't really want to reverse the transaction, would much rather just have the book. Thanks!
