No, the npc sheet runs on different attributes to disconnect it from all the sheetworkers that run behind the pc version. This is to cut down on the data/processing load of your game. When I have an npc that might have certain buffs up, I use the notes section of the attack to list possible bonuses and status markers when those buffs are up. I mark debuffs with the token status markers, and expect the players to remind me of any effects I miss.
