5th Edition D&D long lived campaign (LFP). (Good versus the suspiciously aligned)

I will be the DMing for two different campaigns in the Forgotten Realms 5th Edition DnD. These will be two long running games. The kicker is one campaign will be characters of good alignment, while the other will be evil. Neutrals can stray as needed. These two campaigns will intersect at different times in a very long timeline. I recommend long lived races or a diverse family ancestral tree.  I will not be charging for sessions for my own personal reasons. This also means there can and will be player death. Most especially when both player groups intersect on a previously agreed upon date (Final say is mine as arbiter).  Let us explore the nature of good and evil together. What would a group of Oathbreaker Paladins do to accomplish their own dark goals? Would your prayers be heard upon your death, to carry on with your Brothers and Sisters as an Undead Death Knight?  How will the players who are aligned differently react to another group’s session? Who will be undoing which groups good or ill deeds?  How will you survive a thousand years? Blow my mind on this. Will it be your family legacy that endures? An order of knights? A Great College that welcomes all who come in peace and seek knowledge? Once you attain a certain prestige and power you can build a lair or even build a keep. You populate it within reason of course with differing creatures. Say you raised that dragon hatching up and it survived the thousand years before your enemies find your evil crypt?  This will be a weekly session for both groups. Time limits 4-6 hrs. 9 pm EST. Thurs-Fri. Sell me on an alternate timeline if you can.  Bimonthly unification sessions. Groups A and B meet up to solve their disagreements.  I am hoping for a 50/50 split on roleplaying and combat. However being dynamic in the moment would be good too. DIscord and Roll20 will be in play.  Black goes first as always.. This will be a diverse grouping of players in deed and word.  Message me your character resume. Let us see it. 1st level... I will be working on getting back to you. Private message me your questions. This is a work in progress. The Underlord thanks you for your continued devotion,, Blackheart

Hey I'm willing to join but I'm quite young so what would the age be?
I will pm you.
What ways would you seek to extend your life beyond it's naturalistic conclusion? Asking for a friend...
the longer life thing it could be that they become a lich or use the clone spell as that allows you to come back as a younger self
I'm so down for this. If you still need players hmu and i'll create a character for either side.
The powers of Darkness are on the rise, while the light fades with a muffled whimper in a filth ridden ally in Calimport.. It is said that something preys upon the unwary who stray far into the slums...
Hello I'm Katiepult. Call me Katie. I first played way back in the day and am back into it with 5e. Yes, I'm older but that shouldn't matter. I'm open-minded, gay, she/her, and a creative personality. When I get to know and feel comfortable in the group, I'm humorous, slightly evil, and am more than willing to help.  I stream miniature painting (yes, I paint miniatures re: Instagram @katiepultsminiatures DnD minis and Warhammer just to give you an idea about my love of tabletop games, but I had to stop streaming temporarily). I'm Pacific coast time. Voice/Discord is perfectly fine. I won't put up with harassment of myself or other folk of any kind, that includes gate-keeping or bossy players. Feel free to make the game hard and kill me off; I'll just make another character (after crying in the closet *no pun intended* for losing my pen and paper baby. I was actually laughing the other week when my poor lvl 4 ranger had the WORST rolls and ended up ripped in half by a werewolf). Personal philosophy in gaming.... no meta gamers/over the top Min-Maxers and no ***holes please, we all have enough stress in our lives and games are for FUN but not at the cost of others. DMs are people too and have to enjoy what they do just as much as the players. A nice mix of roleplay and killing **** makes everyone happy; cruelty doesn't (unless it's an evil game. Man... you don't know the **** I've done in an evil game. Some of the most memorable games in my life). I've been a memb r of Roll20 since 2013 but only recently started using it so don't be insulted by my Roll20 newbness, I get better every time. I'm in a 5e and a couple Pathfinder games so I am learning every single time I play. My favorite character is Bri Dustwillow (and I can totally do the family lineage thing) Chaotic Neutral because LIFE NEEDS LIVING! She's a halfling/rogue who likes books to an unhealthy degree since she also like searching for and "gaining access" to all the libraries in the city that she lives in "It's not illegal if the door just 'happened' to be open!". Her family has a bit of magic here and there, so it's not unusually for a part-time caster to pop up (ie... arcane trickster for the rogues or an annoyed cleric who prefers to cast offensively. "Hey... if you take damage... that's your own fault. I'm not a healing potion ... unless you buy me." Bri loves apple turnovers as well and rates cities by the local recipes.  Books, archaeology, apple turnovers, and some trouble... That's the Dustwillow Family motto!
Lord Bane looks down upon Katiepult and whispers his dark blessings into her death blessed braids...
