This game will require payment to the Game Master at a rate of £10 GBP per 4 hour session, first game free. Roll20 is not responsible for any payment transactions and cannot enforce any private arrangements. Hello, my name is Daisy (she/her), and I’m a 25-year-old trans lesbian from the UK (UTC+1). I’ve been a GM for nearly 10 years, and am currently setting up a group where the players can create a world together and then choose what sorts of games we want to play in it. You will decide the sort of stories you want to tell and settings you want to explore; my role is then to prepare and facilitate those. The reason I intend to run this group in the pay to play model is to compensate myself for the investment of time necessary to run a project of this scale. A regular pool of paying participants would enable me to host a dedicated server in which the players can participate in guided creative collaboration. My involvement will be dedicated to the preparation and chronicling work needed to maintain dynamic, living settings and the games we will play in them. I will be hosting a free one shot of The Deep Forest next weekend for anybody interested in taking part. The Deep Forest is a map-drawing game about decolonisation and reclaimed identity. We will play as a village of monsters defending their home from humans and explore the ways that collective recovery can shape a community. Please apply in the following listing: https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/246423/the-deep-forest-lgbtq-plus-priority I am creating this group under the following premises: - LGBTQ+ priority: Applications from members of the LGBTQ+ community will be prioritised for inclusion. However, players who don't identify as LGBTQ+, but do belong to other marginalised groups are also extremely welcome, and are promised an environment that is inclusive and open to criticism. - Experienced, sensitive facilitation: both in terms of technical and organisational elements, and also in conflict management/general emotional safety for the group. My priority is to ensure a comfortable, inclusive, safe and respectful environment that is fun, escapist and accessible, for new and experienced players alike. - Collaborative worldbuilding: This will be an anthology series led by player authorship of dynamic living settings. It's your chance to play around at homebrewing a game world as a group. Let’s make up the ideal settings of our stories together! - A variety of games and play styles: Play in lots of different worlds and genres, including classic adventure, detective mysteries, rags to riches crime capers, campfire horror, supernatural melodrama, and many more. Whatever you like the sound of most, there’s a game for that! - Flexible, pressure-free campaigns: Characters don't need to be in every scene or every session, and you're encouraged to experiment with different characters if you are interested in doing so. This way, you aren't sewn into a character you're not enjoying; it also allows you to drop in & out of sessions if scheduling issues get in the way. - ' Try before you buy': The first game we play together will be free of charge. Give the initial one shot a go before deciding if you want to continue as a paid player - there's no expectation to continue in the group if you decide it's not your thing. I own all the games from the list below (but love expanding my repertoire and would be interested in picking up new systems and specific genre hacks on request): PbtA - Monster of the Week, Glitter Hearts, The Sprawl, Crowsmantle, Ironsworn, The Veil, Action Movie World, Masks FitD - Blades in the Dark, Scum & Villainy, Band of Blades, Beam Saber, Moth-Light, Songs for the Dusk Avery Alder games - The Quiet Year, The Deep Forest, Dream Askew, Abnormal, Monsterhearts Ben Robbins games - Follow, Kingdom, Microscope Other - Fiasco, Questlandia, Noirlandia, Inspectres, Quill, English Eerie, Olaf hits the Dragon with his Sword, Dialect
