ipad question

My player has to be on an ipad. We ran the site on chrome. It was working, but there was no video / audio. Then I became a supporter. Only to realize: " Video Chat is Unsupported Mobile browsers don't currently support Flash or WebRTC, so it is currently not possible to use video chat while you are playing in Roll20. You may use Skype mobile (with your desktop counterparts using Skype for desktop) to have a voice chat going while you are using the mobile browser, though." Is there no way to actually run this on an ipad? Skype is an obsolete and tired software that can't even handle a one on one video chat. So we tried google hangouts - opening the game in it didn't work for an ipad, so we opened the game in chrome and hangout is google hangouts app, which is the closest we got to a solution. At least everyone can hear everyone, but no one can see anyone without switching browsers, which is terrible for a role play heavy game. Is there a way around this? And why exactly did I became a supporter?
There's not currently anything we can do about this, iPad just doesn't support any tech for doing web-based video calls. You have to be a Supporter to use the iPad at all, though...so are you saying he was using mobile Chrome before you were a Supporter? Either way, if that's a deal-breaker for you feel free to email team@roll20.net and we'll refund your subscription payment.
I'm more than happy to be paying you guys, that's no problem at all. Just thought you should know that, yes, I had two players with tablets. One is on an ipad, and the other one was, I think a samsung tablet, I'm not sure, but both were able to play the game when I was a basic user. The player on samsung even had the voice and video; it was fully functioning. The player on ipad couldn't do the same, which is why we looked into getting a subscription.
both using google chrome app to run the game, fyi.
