So I'm looking for 2 players to join a campaign aimed at introducing new players to D&D. Please read the details of the title to make sure it is an appropriate group for you. Come join the adventure as we explore the Lost City of Thunderhorn. Why is it called Thunderhorn? Why is it lost? Find out! This is a free campaign from an experienced DM, with a pro subscription. A headset will be required to play, as well as a Discord account. Send me a message if you're interested, with your discord name so that I can add you. Ground rules 1. Be respectful, don't talk over each other 2. Swearing is allowed but don't overdo it. Keep it chill. 3. No politics. 4. Commit to the game. Don't bother joining if you aren't going to make it a priority to turn up. Otherwise, you're depriving somebody else an opportunity to play. 5. Don't bring weird sex stuff into the game or your own personal issues. We're just here to explore dungeons and kill dragons. Character creation rules 1. Core book plus 1 other official source book. Any unearthed arcana is permission only and allowed entirely at my discretion. The same goes for feats. 2. You don't have to min-max. Just play a fun character that you want to play and don't let any websites or friends tell you what races you 'have to' pick with your class or what spells you 'have to' take. 3. Don't overthink the backstory. Just make a solid character with easy to understand motivations and values. 4. Any rolling is done in roll20. No rerolls. If you can't handle the randomness, use the Standard Array or Point-buy 5. I'll help you out with character creation so don't get overwhelmed by it. First session will probably be next Wednesday; so the 26th. This gives us enough time to go through everything and make sure we're all ready. Update: Due to demand, we will have a session 0/tutorial tomorrow (wednesday 19th) at 7pm GMT. This is for players who need help to go through every detail of your sheet, as well as some prologue activities before the main game begins next week.
