Gifting errors

Gifting is not working correctly. It gives you the option of gifting only limited people, often people I don't roleplay with. Also the gift by email does not work either.
Still looking for help from roll20 in regards to the gifting function not working correctly.

Just a word of warning.&nbsp; Roll20 has been unresponsive to help tickets.&nbsp; at least in my instance.&nbsp; I submitted one 2 weeks ago.&nbsp; And I've even received an email yesterday essentially threatening to close the ticket because it's inactive - which tells me no one has even touched that ticket.&nbsp; So my strategy now is to spam them with a reminder email once per day until I get some kind of response from them.&nbsp; Ugh.&nbsp; Roll20's customer service is SERIOUSLY lacking.
I was actually surprised how quick they responded. I had an email within a couple of hours saying a full refund was processed. The refund is showing up on my credit card now and it's been less that 24 hours. Well done.
