I am in a game that we switched GMs on and am thinking about leaving. It is possible to make the other GM the owner so the players can keep playing as smoothly as possible when I leave?
I do not like the idea of disrupting the game when I exit.

The only way to do this is by contacting roll20 support and asking them to transfer the campaign to the other GM.
They have done this before.

Okay, thanks.
This will help a lot.
Hello Ndreare. It is very possible for them to transfer your game to another person as they have done it for me. They will need to know the other person's account and email so have that handy. Now understand that if this is a purchased module or it has purchased material, it might not be transferred to the other person. It might be removed or it might not be able to be transferred unless you are giving it the other person also. That is something to consider prior to the transfer.
Contact the Roll20 team and ask about your options.
