Massive Game Issues

Hey. So, not sure if this is a bug or a series of bugs or what the hell is happening, but currently in a game and we are having a lot of issues. Tracks in the jukebox are not playing or playing and stopping, rolls are coming through twice and tokens are resizing themselves to 5 or 6 times their actual size. It's not just me seeing it as every other player in a group of 8 is having the same problem. We expect to have a few hiccups in Roll20 at some point, but this is the worst we've seen in any game. Just wondering if there's something going on that we should know about or if there might be an issue or something?

There are a lot of possibilities here, so it's hard to come up with a solution. Make sure that all players are using Chrome or Firefox, not using a third party extension that alters Roll20, that you do not have multiple instances of the game open on the same computer, delete your chat archive if necessary (instructions below), and that your tokens are set up properly (instructions also below, but with the further note to set them up on a page where the grid scale is 1, not a fraction or multiple.) This looks like a corrupted Chat Archive. A game's Creator is often able to fix issues with their Text Chat by  clearing the Chat Archive  (note: not  clearing your current Chat Log ). A GM might want to copy/back up the Chat Archive before the Creator clears it. Here is the wiki article on  Linking Tokens to Journals Here is a  video  which demoes the procedure
