Large Maps no Longer Load

I've always had a tendency to make very large maps with quite a few assets on them. I recognize this effects load time, but my players and I both use computers that have never had any issue with it. Today we were unable to load or even open anything but the most basic of maps. Anything with more than one background with maybe a couple of character tokens was completely unusable. This problem persisted across several different campaign pages. I thought maybe it was because we had updated the dynamic lighting but it was all the same in the campaign that I had not updated.  Error code: SBOX_FATAL_MEMORY_EXCEEDED, is the error code I get on my browser. I can load music, use the chat, journals, and roll, all with no delay. But the screen gets stuck loading on a black screen and eventually it all just crashes. I tried loading on Chrome and Opera, as well as when the players were gone. This has persisted for around 12 hours. If I suddenly can't use maps that worked perfectly a week ago, and have not changed since, due to their size or number of assets that would be pretty lame. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Overall I have used this platform a ton and it speaks volumes that this is the first major problem I have ever had. Hopefully it is something that can be resolved without me just deleting a ton of stuff.
If something worked a week ago and now stopped working it makes sense to look at the published changes. Not only on Roll20 (Like always lately there are some dynamic lighting related changes), but also chrome (just google for SBOX_FATAL_MEMORY_EXCEEDED and you get many hits). My tip would be to composite the maps with a program like inkscape and then export one single big image for use in Roll20.

The problem is that they are not accessible so that isn't really an option. I can do something like that moving forward, but I can't salvage anything if I can't get past a black screen.
I have done all the suggested trouble shooting I could find on the browser end. As well as disabling all add ons, firewalls, and anything else taking up my computers resources that is not vital.

I would suggest making a formal  Help Center Request , after going through the troubleshooting steps listed below, including the console log , and a link to an affected game. This should give the dev team the specs and data they need to find out the cause of the issue. Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Thanks for the tips both of you. I did tons of trouble shooting but finally got it working. I had disabled the dynamic lighting in my settings to no longer be the default, but that did not actually turn it off on individual pages. I had to go in and manually tick the box on the map toolbar on each map to get it off. After that everything loaded quickly and without issue. I like the dynamic lighting tool, but hopefully when its done it doesn't limit map size too much.
