Disclaimer: Because this campaign has a lot of creative+RP elements, it will definitely not be for everybody! Applications close Aug 27th. I'm searching for 2-3 more players who are interested in being part of a highly collaborative process in fleshing out a campaign setting. Due to a bad fit and some busy lives, I am looking for more applicants! I've reached out to a few people from the previous application thread, but this is your chance to nab a spot. Applied before but weren't contacted? This is the perfect time to polish up your application and submit again! Minor setting information below, with lots more to come once players are invited. Please take a look at the LFG listing to see if you are interested, and if it's the right kind of campaign for you! https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/243389/aurora Welcome to the world of Aurora (from the LFG page) This is my first homebrew setting I've created. It is currently a work in progress, as I lay out the foundation for the setting. The world of Aurora is built upon the five elements - Light, Air, Earth, Fire, Water. These elements play a large part in all aspects of the setting. Faith in Aurora involves the worship of one of the five Elemental Lords. Elemental Technology (ElemenTech) is harnessed to improve the quality of life for its citizens - whether it's a boat that moves by manipulating the water around itself, or a forge that never cools. The Noble Races of Aurora each have their own ties to the elements as well. Aarakocra, Dragonborn, Goliaths and Triton make up a large part of society. Because of the suffusion of elemental power through the world, Genasi are found with frequency as well. This focus on non-standard races will be a unique and core part of the world. Lumin is the seat of power and capital of Aurora. A sprawling metropolis, Lumin is home to many races and is where your adventure will be based out of. Lumin is a blend of urban and natural environments, as it is built upon the Elemental Nexus of the world and each of the Noble Races contributes parts of their own society and culture to it.
