I got a 9 on a D6

One of my players used Roll20s dice roller using a 3 on the numerical value of how many dice thrown and used d6s, and got the following result: Were both on Windows 7, not sure on browsers
Dat picture
Well "3d6!!" is quite different from "3d6". That's a special function called compound exploding dice, so that if you roll a 6, it will roll another d6 and add it to the total. so in that case you rolled a 6, followed by a 3. Check the dice reference wiki page for a more in-depth explanation.
Ah you missed the opportunity to joke about it being a 6 but upside down :D But yeah, you did a compound exploder.
yep, thanks for heads up guys, mistake has been found, no more sneaky 9s on a d6
