Searching far and wide, I purchased Eberron: Rising from the Last War. Page 21-22 in the book and in the compendium has a record of the Double-bladed Scimitar and it DOES have the feat for Revenant Blade (requiring the Double-bladed Scimitar.) It just doesn't have a compendium item including equipment for Drag and Drop purposes.
