LFG, Shadow Run 6th Ed.

Obtained the rule book for 6th world because some frineds were talking about wanting to play just as COVID decided to rear its ugly molecules. That fell through. Not played shadowrun in a very, VERY long time and thought I would check here to see if there's anyone running a game that I could jump into?
Word of advice: the majority of the SR community either still plays 5th or looked at 6th and went back to 5. There's also some people who prefer 4A or 3rd - but almost no one wants to touch 6th with a yardstick, let alone invest the time to get it into a remotely functional shape. I love Shadowrun, but I would advice you to invest the love in another edition.
Can confirm. SR6 has been largely rejected by the community. Also if you find a game, do let us know, it's quite difficult finding a GM for it.
This would explain why I've seen nothing on here for it. Thank you for the info.
Here is suggestion: Shred 6th edition to smallest pieces possible, load into can and fire it from cannon. Other than that: I am planning 5th edition game soon, so if you are interested. We can discuss more.

I've been both player and storyteller for SR for some years, and I can work with 5th, as long as we're all trying not to break things.
