Loading screen is frozen but ads still roll by

I've been off for a few weeks because trying to launch a campaign brings me to <a href="https://app.roll20.net/editor/" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/editor/</a> and hasn't gone any farther yet. It might be a connection problem since i've had a different problem with my wifi dropping the connection that started at about the same time but it still won't load during the good times.
