Short answer: no. At the free and Plus levels, you only have access to basic macros, cards, etc - and they cant alter a character sheet. At the pro level you have access to the API, so its theoretically possible to have specific events happen when you draw or play cards. But these have to be specifically created and programmed. Cards themselves do not include any data that can automatically be added to sheets. You'd need to build whatever interaction you wanted from scratch.
