IIRC, it has to do with how graphics or audio are being served or something along those lines. I've seen this brought up before. Basically, the Roll20 site is certificated, but some asset that is being drawn upon is not. I don't remember the specifics (and it's not my expertise, certainly), but I don't think it's anything to worry about.
