Single player can't see on maps with Dynamic Lighting enabled

I have one player who can't see on any map with Dynamic Lighting enabled. He has been able to previously, but during our last session he couldn't see on any of the maps His token has sight & night vision he has control of the token his token represents his character Everybody else can see just fine Things we tried: Clearing browser cache A different browser (he plays on a tablet) reconfiguring his token Legacy dynamic lighting does work, however my maps aren't setup for it nor are the tokens so I'd prefer a solution not a work around Also as a side note: At the same time this was happening, the character sight lines (where it's a bit brighter where characters can see) cover up everything on the GM layer which was really annoying because then I couldn't see any tokens/notes on the GM layer.

Did you try giving him permissions to a token used by a player that have everything working? It kinda sounds like the issue is related to their tablet. What tablet & browser is he using? He should be using Chrome or Firefox, those are the officially supported browsers. But it still doesn't guarantee perfect functionality on tablets/mobiles, as the mobile browsers aren't identical to their computer variants. Legacy dynamic lighting does work, however my maps aren't setup for it nor are the tokens so I'd prefer a solution not a work around As this is a UDL issue, it might be a good idea to report this with the details I requested in the main UDL bug thread, if you don't manage to solve this. It's the place the devs have eyes on: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/9072910/updated-dynamic-lighting-legacy-sunset-feedback-thread#post-9133793
