Help with using Account credit?

So one of my previous group members gifted me $10,- that I could use on my campaign. However trying to activate it, I'm met with this: As someone who's never used a Credit Card before in my life, how can I fix this? Or is this even the correct way to accesing my credit? Any help would be appreciated. =)

Um, just put your credit card info correctly and it'll use your account credit first, right?
But I don't have a credit card. Someone else got me this credit.

It might require one because it's a subscription, so they need something to charge after the first month.
Ah I see... so does that mean I can't use those $10,- for anything? Or is it possible to spend them in the online shop or something? :P

You could use a friend's card and cancel the subscription after you start it. Other than that, I'm not sure if you can use it for the marketplace.

Altaranalt, we're double checking with the Devs to see if a credit card is actually necessary to to use your gifted subscription.
Thanks guys =)

Cost $3 to get, $3 to load with a $3 monthly service (both load and monthly are waived with $1000 loaded and direct deposit) I use it for: World of Warcraft Sub Roll20 Mentor Sub Any newegg or amazon purchase Cox Cable Internet bill Electric Bill Paying my rent Some hookers take it too (lol J/K) The card is so awesome. Backed by Greendot Bank . I recommend it for anyone that doesn't have the credit to get an unsecured line of credit (or even a secured one) I have been using this sucker for 7 years now.
Altaranalt, send an email to team@roll20.net. They should be able to sort something out for you.
All right, done.

It's a fault of mine.
