A Speech Bubble Tool to show who is talking

MapTool has this feature where you can press a button with the tool selected and a speech bubble with the person's name in it appears at the location of your mouse until you release the button. I think something like this would make a great addition to Roll20, especially for groups that use a 3rd party software to talk with each other (e.g. Discord). Would really help differentiate between multiple NPCs when you're not a top-class voice actor and also show when someone's talking out-of-character (by not using the speech bubble).
