I am trying to gauge interest in a FAE sci fi game. The time zone would be EST at around 9pm one day/week. I have not yet used roll20 but am familiar with other online tools . Voice would be mandatory. thank you for reading!
Definitely would be interested. I'm EST and while I haven't played Fate Accelerated I have read through the core book and have been interested in giving it a shot.
My intention is to run a mix of cyberpunk (corporate interests, decking, cyber ware) and military sci fi ( objectives In The small, firefights, etc..) much of the setting will be taken from some at-43 sources that I have collected. I am hoping to have the players help me expand upon it in large ways.
Cyberpunk is pretty cool, always had an interest in that genre ever since the Syndicate games came about, corporate espionage also sounds pretty awesome.
Both should be free on he evil hat site. Fae is the lite/quicker rules the game may eventually transition to core rules if we are looking at advancement beyond a certain point. Fae relies on a lot in the core book.
with my work schedule (1600-000 est tues-sat) I'd be interested if it's on a sunday/monday. I've some experience with both fae & core. - as to the differences between core & fae... fae strips out the phases from character creation & simplifies skills down to approaches (quickly/forcefully/smartly/sneakily/flashily) in a nut shell. both have benefits and drawbacks/potential pitfalls.
