
The heroes become daring rebels and lead the peaceful folk of the small barony of Harkenwold against their recent and cruel oppressors, the Iron Circle, a company of ruthless mercenaries expanding their territory into the Nentir Vale. NOTE: This adventure is adapted from D&D 4e with minor but with significant changes, uses the 4e setting of the Nentir Vale and the 4e pantheon. "Reavers of Harkenwold" is a two part adventure and the party has just started the 2nd half; so we are about halfway through. The party is currently 4th level and new players start at 2nd level but will catch-up quickly; the party earned 950xp, for example, from the last session. After a brief break I intend to run the "Madness at Gardmore Abbey" adventure (also adapted from 4e) which starts just a few (in-game) weeks later in the same setting so existing characters can continue with the campaign.
