For Dragon Breath (at heroic tier with no feats/items boosting it), you might have something along these lines: /me blasts his foes with his fiery breath! @{power-1-name} @{power-1-useage} ◆ Fire @{power-1-action} @{power-1-range} Target: Each creature in the blast Attack: [[d20+@{power-1-attack}]] vs. @{power-1-def} Hit: [[1d6+@{constitution-mod}]] damage. Fill in the power's name with "Dragon Breath", select "Encounter" for the power usage*, "Minor Action" for the Power Action, "Close blast 3" for Power Range, select one of "Strength", "Constitution", or "Dexterity" for Ability, and select "Reflex" for Defense. Set "Attack Bonus" to 2, and select a weapon with 0 proficiency/enhancement/class/feat/misc bonuses to attack or damage (since you're not actually using a weapon). * The attribute is in fact named "useage" instead of "usage". Alternatively, you can ignore all of that stuff completely and just type in what you normally would for a Dragon Breath macro. It'll mean more upkeep in the future, though. The Weapon dropdowns can just as easily be implements; they're simply meant to help organize all your powers using the same thing to attack with, and you specify what each weapon means in the Inventory tab. Obviously, an implement will have 0 proficiency bonus, and the "# of Dice" and "Dice Size" fields will never be used.
