im having issues using dynamic lighting in browsers like Puffin or Dolphin, other characters arent visible, or the lighting doesnt work at all.  Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?

The only supported browsers for Roll20 are Chrome and Firefox.

Firstly, Roll20 doesn't use Flash, and to my understand, never have. Even if you use Chrome/Firefox on a mobile/tablet, your Roll20 experience isn't as smooth/reliable as on the computer.

Roll20 used to use Flash way, waaaay back when it first launched (2012), but removed it not long afterward.
