Is this the PF official sheet? It doesn't seem to support drag & drop when set to NPC. It's generally of limited use anyway, as NPC stats are often hard-coded for simplicity's sake - adding a different armor type won't actually change the NPC's AC Attribute, for example. Generally the best bet is to find a template creature type - one with similar attacks to what you want, and adjust the rest from there. I don't play PF on here though.
