Accidentally deleted a character sheet

Hello, I accidentally deleted a character sheet in my "Bades of Saltmarsh" campaign called "The Siren". I have already submitted a ticket to the support team for a rollback, but if it's possible, as I've seen it's been done before, by one of the community managers / staff to just roll back that one character sheet that was deleted, I would be extremely grateful. Many thanks in advance!

If this is an npc that is part of the module, you could create another game using the module and move a new one into your ongoing game through the character vault.

Ah, hope you can get that rollback then.

I've seen a similar request handled about 7 months ago by simply "undeleting" the character sheet that was deleted by the person that posted a request, hopefully I can get one of the staff members to do the same here. The player is currently really anxious, and I'm really hoping I don't have to get Pro for this, as the yearly subscription seems costly.
