Audio Echo While Streaming

Hello! I stream my D&D campaigns via capturing a "Player" window, and I use a DM window on a second screen as to not reveal unnecessary things to the stream audience while playing. As a result, whenever I play audio, sometimes the audio echoes and doubles up, out of sync. Is there any way to remedy this? Lowering the master volume on ANY of the browsers removes all the music. I'm assuming it's because I have two browser windows open that this is happening, but I'm wondering why this only happens *some* of the time, and not every time I play music via the Jukebox...

Have you tried running the player window via Chrome/Firefox (whatever you don't use for the GM screen) and using the volume mixer?
Are you sure none of the players' speakers are picking it up from their end and broadcasting it back through the roll20 audio system?

Without knowing how you are capturing and mixing sound, this might be difficult to answer. Can you set one of the logins to not use audio (only video) from the built-in chat?

Apologies for not being clear! I am capturing audio to the stream via computer/desktop audio, and my microphone. So anything my computer is playing, the stream will pick up. Because I use Discord for audio with my players, the settings are already set to broadcast/receive Video only. My question specifically is in regards to music, however.  I am logged into the game as both DM and Player with the same user account - do you think I need to make a separate Roll20 account to join as player? Right now it seems like Roll20 is detecting music from both the DM and Player windows which is why it's playing twice. I hadn't had this issue every time though, which is weird.
I would suggest setting up a completely separate account to stream from.  There's a good writeup here that explains the benefits and a tip if you use gmail to use a single email account for both Roll20 accounts. I would guess that Roll20 or your browser is eventually syncing up cookies or settings or something and registering both windows from the same account to make them both capture/output audio, even if initially one of them was set to not do that.  Using a separate account would definitely prevent that specific issue from happening.

Well, for one avenue to explore, I would definitely consider using a  Dummy Account  for the second browser window. That might help defeat the linked volume settings and may even eliminate the doubled audio. The Roll20 app can become confused if two instances of the game are open in the same browser (or instances of two different games, which is even worse). At the very least, the second instance should be in a private browsing window. Hmm, even better might be to have the Dummy Account log in as a separate browser user profile (easy on Chrome, not sure about Firefox). Then you could block Roll20 audio at the browser level on one, by clicking the security settings to disallow access to microphone or camera.

I was thinking this was the best solution for the issue, but didn't know if I should go all the way and do that. I appreciate the feedback!

Thanks so much!
