"Speaker" and the "Pausing Camera" icons are no more

I use Windows 7, and am facing this problem in both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers.  I used to have no problems at all dealing with the multimedia aspects of the tool until two weeks ago. Since then, that problem persists in both browsers and in different game sessions (mine and from others). Both the Speaker and the Pausing Camera icons from the player's avatar are no more. They disappeared. They are gone without any reason to justify it. Do anyone else had the same problem and know how to solve it?

I have the same problem since 3 weeks! I used Windows 10.  Please fix it!!!

Having the same issue. Interestingly, the icons are not there but clicking where they should be still seems to work. And once its disabled, then you can see the icons again.
