Character stuck in Charactermancer level up

Two weeks ago I reported an issue through support that I had a character get stuck in trying to level-up using charactermancer [#27431]. I am unable to cancel the level-up, nor am I able to continue with it. I could really use some help in resolving this issue.

Try changing any or all of the Attributes listed here - looks like lpmancer_status was the one that worked for OP in that thread.

I was able to clear one of the attributes to get out of the charactermancer, comparing it to another character that had no issues being leveled up. The attribute had "active" as the value, and when I cleared it I was able to see everything on the character sheet as it was. Tried to relaunch the level up, but wound up in the same stuck situation. After looking at all the attributes with "mancer" in the name, I was still unable to level up that character. I decided to create a new character and ran it through the charactermancer from 1st level to the new level without issue, was able to ensure all the equipment was on the new character and deleted the corrupted character. I believe the issue was that the player who created the character didn't use the charactermancer for the initial creation as I noticed the background did not get properly set.
