Placing Characters on a Map

I have 5 players in my D&D 5e game. Three of them, when the tokens are placed on the map either by me or them, have proper size tokens and are linked to their character sheet with all the proper permissions set. The other two, who have the same token settings and permission as the three, don't link to the character and the tokens need to be resized. I've looked around to try and find an answer but haven't yet.  Why is this happening? TIA

You need to be sure that, after the tokens have been resized and permissioned properly, you save the current token as the default token for the character. This forum link shows a picture of where to do that.
It is always important to remember that when you drag a character onto the map, you are creating a COPY of the token that is stored with the character - so any changes you make to that token are NOT automatically stored with the character.
I got it! Thanks so much guys. I was saving in the token editor and not the character editor. Whew. It was driving me nuts. Thanks again!

Also, it's generally good practice to set up and save default tokens on a standard 70 pixel grid. If you save on a different scale, your tokens will come in at unexpected sizes.
