Viewing handouts without Journal Entry

Hi, Short Question, i couldn't find an answer to. Is there a possiblity that my player can view handouts without them being in their Journal? (I have map with a token, that links to a handout; my players, if they notice it should be able to view the information but if they don't it shouldn't be in their journal either as that would give it away.) Thanks in Advance!

I'm going to assume you mean Character, not Handout, since Tokens can only be linked to Characters,  Players can only open the Character for Tokens if they Character is in their Journal.  If it isn't, they can mess with the Token (move it, change it's bar and aura values, etc), but they can't affect the Character directly. If you want to give them information when they notice a particular token, I'd suggest giving it an Ability that is a Token Action, so that when they select the Token, they can click the Token Action Button to have it spit out the information to chat.  You could also use the Super Notes script to have more control over how that works.
Yes, sorry, I meant Characters. That worked for me. Thank you very much
