If i activate the 1 year subscription plan when does it take the money from my account, also if i cancel it immediately do i still get the full year of subscription?

If someone could anwser the question above i would be greatfull.

My understanding is that you are charged in full immediately for your subscription. If you pay for an entire year and then cancel, you still get your year's worth of subscription, but it will not automatically renew it the next year.

If you are paying month to month and you cancel then you still have the service for the rest of the month but you will not be billed for the next month's service. If you have paid for an entire year up front and you cancel then you still have the service for the year but you will not be billed again for the next year's service. As for when you are billed that happens on the date you purchased the subscription. So if you were month to month and you bought it on the 10th you would always be billed on the 10th. Note: If you buy it on the 31st and the last day of the month is the 30th then it bills on the last day of the month instead.

That is good information. So the way to sign up for a full year's Supporter or Mentor access, but NOT to get a recurring payment automatically drafting after a year's time ("subscription"), would be to sign up and pay for 1 year, and cancel shortly after it drafts, right. You'd still get the access you paid for a full year. That is good to know.

So is there any way to find out when your yearly service is going to be renewed? I honestly can't remember when I actually upgraded and it's not something in the profile or account sections. Short of looking through old bills or emails it would be nice to be able to see....oh my last payment was drawn on x date...next payment due on x date. Is there such a beast somewhere I am not aware of?

If you go to the support page where it lists the levels of subscription, It should show you when your subscription renews or how long you have left, I think.
