
Fallout: Looming Storm War. War never changes. It has driven mankind forwards for all of history. Wars for territory. Faith. Ideology. And during the closing days of our age, resources. When nuclear hellfire closed the curtain in 2077, some would think the show over. As it turns out, it was only the start of a new act. While war adopted a new face in the post-apocalyptic wasteland, it has not lost its ferocity. In the southwestern wasteland, the Caesar's Legion and NCR are at eachother's throats, while on the opposing coast the Eastern Brotherhood and Enclave are waging their own war. Yet this is not their story. The scene is all yours. The year is 2279, and you are among the scavengers, frontiermen, and settlers that occupy the North Commonwealth, in what before the war used to be South Dakota. Marked by wild weather and a heavily irradiated north, this outback region has enjoyed relative obscurity and comparative peace. The many factions that occupy the area, be they tribals, merchants, towns, or the enigmatic Cult of Washington, have found an equilibrium of power and territory. Yet as a small fleet of humvees carrying strangers clad in red armor and faith to Mars arrive, you suddenly find yourself thrust into the role of being their agent- With the fate of your home resting on your shoulders. [This will be a game of Fallout GURPS, primarily using After the End and a Fallout Homebrew I've taken a liking to. It will be run using discord voice and Roll20 for visuals on a weekly basis, on MONDAYS, 6PM UTC. Characters will be built on 150pts, and will be thrust into a job that has them traveling the region and meeting its inhabitants with either honeyed words, or guns blazing. All with the goal of ensuring that Dakota is not reduced to cinders by a stranger's bloody hand.]
