"Five years ago you and your closest, bravest friends set out on your separate ways, each looking for a sign of true Gods to guide and protect the people in a time of despair. Tonight you return to your hometown, Solace, to learn what you all have discovered in your adventures and to see if a path to salvation--however treacherous--has been found." Welcome to Krynn, the world of epic fantasy adventure, continent-spanning conflicts, and of course . . . dragons! This roll20 campaign is a D&D 5E conversion of the twelve original Dragonlance modules in a weekly online game. These original modules cover the world shattering conflict known as the War of the Lance. This Dragonlance campaign is for you if you want to experience a true classic in the fantasy RPG genre and enjoy a strong narrative/railroad structure. You also have to be able to live with some big limitations on your character building options. What you can expect from me, your DM: I will work my hardest to deliver a fast-paced, action-packed game with a good balance of situations (RP, combat, skill challenges, exploration) for you to show off your characters. We are looking for two reliable players who can join our existing play group of four and stick with it for the entire campaign (approximately 48 sessions). The most important requirement is that you are a player who is willing to put in work to make the game fun for everyone. There are a few other things too: *Decent internet connection *Decent microphone & camera *Willingness to use Discord for voice and video *Able to consistently attend and actively participate in weekly 4 hour game sessions Tuesday nights from 7:30 to 11:30 PST. (We understand that real life emergencies get in the way sometimes too.) The start date is Oct 6. If you are interested post an application in the listing here: https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/254064/dragonlance-the-war-of-the-lance Your application should: 1) address the requirements listed above 2) answer the question: "What is the best thing a player can do to make the game fun for others at the table?" The group will review your submission and I will follow up with you as soon as possible. If you have any questions feel free to direct message me. Thanks for your time and interest! -Greg
