A friend of mine is looking for easy Fiasco like one session games to help him get used to running for a group. Any suggestions I can send his way wuld be a huge help.

DMbobby, I'd recommend your friend use the Looking For Group tool or posting in the Looking For Group forum to find Fiasco games.
I have been running a one shot Pathfinder on Thursday for a couple of weeks now and it has been great. I have learned a lot, and it has been fun [I hope] for the players. Nothing like the process of creating a campaign to help you get you more comfortable using the Roll20 interface. As far as running a game for others... well that is a combination of experience, knowing the game system, and having a good group that will point out what you did right and what you could do better. Constructive comments help you to focus on what needs work. Best of luck to your friend.
CoC works very well as a OneShot system. Paranoia works, but is probably not something you would want to do as an unexperienced DM. I have had great experiences with running FATE oneshots without basically any preperation beforehands, but that requires improvisation skills and a group that just goes with it. If you have a real life group, i heard Dread is pretty cool, but have never played it. Also it is not something you can play on Roll20 as it involves a Jenga Tower.
