Flat Bonus on Shaped 5e v19.3.0 sheet

I'm playing a 5e game using the Shaped 5e v19.3.0 sheet and my DM gave me a flat +2 bonus on Survival checks. How do I add this on my sheet? My DM doesn't know so I thought I'd google but couldn't find it there either.

It looks like there is a spot to add flat bonuses to skill rolls on the configuration tab (the cog icon by the core, bio, and spells tabs). Scratch that, that is the official sheet.

There is a modifier repeating section on the Shaped sheet. If you add a mod, you will be given a list of attributes that mod will effect. Because the Shaped sheet handles skills as a repeating attribute, it will list them by number position on the list, rather than by name. Count down your list (start counting with 0, because reasons), and add your mod to the appropriately numbered skill. It might thake a second to update, but you should see the reported skill total increase.
I just spent the last ten minutes trying to post a screen shot of what Keith described but kept getting errors. Error 404 Even trying to PM didn't work.

Here's a screen shot. On this character, Survival is Skill 17 (counting from zero). I have created a mod called "Survival Bonus", and put a +2 on Skill 17. As long as the mod is checked, the character's survival skill is +5 instead of +3
