How do I add a Token Marker Set to a game?

I have created a token marker set, which is listed in my token marker library. According to the instructions in the Roll20 help centre, I should see "Token Marker Sets" in the right-hand column of my game details page, and it shows a screenshot with said box beneath the player list. But this "Token Marker Sets" box is missing from my game details page?
Are you the creator of the game? If you are not the creator, even with GM access you won't see that box.

After creating the token set, I think you have to click the "+" button in the game settings next to Token Marker Sets to add the set to that specific game. You may have to start typing the name of the set to bring it up, I can't remember.
Yes, I am the creator of the game @Dakota H. That is what it says in the instructions @David M. which even have this screenshot showing where that "+" button should be , however, that part of the page is just blank for my games...

Oh, the whole box is missing, yikes. Curious if it shows up in any of your other games, or if you try a different browser. If you make a copy of the current game, does it appear in that copy? If so, this might be the fastest solution, but would depend on how many things you would have to port over with transmorgrifier. Otherwise, sounds like you may need to open a help desk request.

Are you using any browser extensions? It's possible one of them is affecting the CSS and causing the + button not to display.
Yes its the same in all my games @David M. The weird thing is, this worked several months ago, and I added a token set to one of my games, but even that one is missing the box now. I guess I could open a support ticket, but I still have a couple from last year that were never resolved, just closed. I do use Firefox @Jarren K, so I tried disabling all my extensions, but that didnt help. I also tried a couple of other browsers, but the roll20 website doesnt seem to work properly in either of them? In Chrome I enter my email and password and press the "Sign in" button, then it just says "Processing request..." in the status tooltip and nothing ever happens... When I load the site in Edge, the "Sign In" dropdown menu doesnt appear when click on it. All the other menu options work, just not the one to sign in...
Hmm, would you mind posting a screenshot of what you're seeing?  I guess the next step would be to contact Roll20 support, or inspect the html/CSS code that your browser is showing. One more thing you could try is to open the page in an incognito/private window just to make sure there's nothing else affecting the way it's loading. Roll20 is optimized for Chrome and Firefox... so I wouldn't expect it to work well in other browsers (even though Edge uses Chromium).

It's a bit concerning that you can't even use the Roll20 site properly in Chrome. Is there anything unusual about the device or net connection? Do you have other devices you can try to connect with for testing purposes?

In firefox or chrome, try loading in a private browsing window.

This is what I see: <a href="https://i.imgur.com/HVa2Vhq.jpg" rel="nofollow">https://i.imgur.com/HVa2Vhq.jpg</a>. Looks the same in a private browsing window. There isnt anything weird about my connection or computer as far as I know, but I'll try it. Edit: It does seem to work from another computer, so I guess there must be something funky going on that is not actually Roll20's fault... XD
