Halfling Luck: Should the roll show it?

Dnd 5e. I'm trying to find out how to know if the Halfling Luck function is working, other than seeing it ticked? If I mouse over the rolls, there's no evidence in the roll code that a 1 was rerolled. Should it appear there, or does it happen in the background?
It should show it. It should show the rolls as 1d20ro<1 when you hover over a roll in the chat.

I think it used to not work - I always rolled manually with my Halfling. I believe it works now, though - if you uncheck and re-check the Halfling Luck checkbox on the Settings tab, it should set your @{d20} to the correct value, 1d20ro<1. Having said that, I prefer the manual reroll. I set my Halfling's @{d20} to 1d20cs20cs1 so the 1's come up blue. It makes me feel special, and annoys the hell out of the DM.

So it looks like, even though you can make a Halfling that starts with Halfling Luck ticked, you must untick and tick the box for it to show "1d20ro<1" in the equation.
