I have confirmed. This should either be reported in the  D&D 5th Edition by Roll20  thread, or as a  Help Center Request . The former will be seen by the developer of the sheet, the latter will make a ticket so that it can be fixed in the compendium. I'm not sure where the solution lies.

I think it was already reported? I'm pretty sure you were also involved in that thread, Keith :) It wasn't the Halberd in particular - all weapons dragged to NPC sheets use the placeholder text, which is 5ft. The Compendium data for weapon range seemingly doesn't have a target on the NPC sheet. edit - yep, some helpful guy already reported it . Twice!
