[LFP] [D&D 5e] Wildemount (& Maybe Tal'dorei?) Campaign! Gauging Interest...

Hi! I put up a thread looking for a game as a player, but I figured I may as well stick to being a forever-DM for now if I can drum up some interest in my ideal campaign: a Wildemount/Tal'dorei campaign! I'm mostly gauging interest right now but if I get enough interest I'll put up a LFG listing properly tonight sometime. This would be set in a time around the start of Critical Role's campaign two, but with the major difference that the Mighty Nein didn't make it out of Trostenwald. In other words, they're a tiny footnote in the grand scheme of things and don't factor in to this campaign at all, despite the campaign occurring in approximately the same timeframe to begin with, if that makes sense! The story will involve some elements of the war but the course of the campaign will be hugely dictated by what my players want to play around with. To begin with, the campaign will be starting in the Menagerie Coast area. What you do and where you go is open ended, though in session 0 we'll figure out what you guys as players want to play and I'll do my best to make that happen! This wouldn't be a paid campaign. I'll accept tips through Ko-Fi or PayPal, but they won't be compulsory or expected. (I'm obligated to say that Roll20 has nothing to do with any payments and I'm not affiliated with them, etc.) Any tips will go to paying for Pro first off, then toward paying for improving my compendium, then to other marketplace and/or DMsGuild purchases for the game. The more tips I get, the better the resources and so on, but I will be putting some of my own cash into this as well of course! I believe in Rule of Cool over RAW, though I recognise that rules have their rightful place and are important a lot of the time too. I allow crits on skill rolls, but only up to a point. No amount of nat. 20's will stop you from taking a lot of damage from a 100ft fall, for example. It'd be point buy, or standard array. Roleplay heavy campaigns are my thing. I enjoy running puzzles and combat but roleplay is where I've been told I shine as a DM, and getting into the lore is something I love. As for myself, I'm a DM with 13 years playing experience and about 10 years DMing experience in D&D, Pathfinder, and various other systems. I'm a 28 year old lesbian whose games are absolutely always accepting of everything except intolerance and bigotry. I'm English, and live in the UK. I'm light hearted and, I like to think anyway, a fun DM. I may not always be Mercer levels of smooth and cool, (I cannot do any accents except for some British accents for example,) but I try my best and I'm always accommodating of new and less experienced players. Is there demand for Wildemount campaigns on here? Would anyone like to be a player in this kind of campaign? I didn't see many Wildemount campaigns in the LFG listings, so just wondering if that's due to no one wanting them or them filling up really fast! If there's enough interest, I'll throw a LFG listing up tonight for a game and start taking applications! Feel free to pre-emptively PM me if you don't want to comment here as well.
This sounds quite fun and I'd be totally interested in playing.  Maybe I can avoid being the support character in combat for once lol.  Totally not a wallflower when it comes to playing the game at all and enjoy bringing others into the spotlight with me. So you can add me into that interested amount and also any idea on times you'd be running?
Would be very interested. Would this be EST or a similar timezone?

So you can add me into that interested amount and also any idea on times you'd be running? Time-wise let's say midnight through to at least 2.30am - possibly running more towards 3.30 or 4am depending on how intense things are in a given session - UK time on a Friday or Saturday for now and I can alter that slightly if need be! If it's a weekday then it'd need to finish earlier than it would on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday for me. Day N. said: Would be very interested. Would this be EST or a similar timezone? As above, I'm looking ideally at weekends and I think the time would be EST friendly, at least slightly? A midnight UK time start is around 7pm in EST time, I think anyway... So it'd be evening time for you I believe! Either a Friday or Saturday preferably for me but I can do weekdays too, the sessions would just have to finish a bit earlier on most weekdays and Sundays due to others in my household getting up for work super early, haha.
I'm running a westmarch style server and could use a game like this on it. If you're interested shoot me a dm

I would love to join into this
Im interested in playing a Wildemount or Tal'dorei campaign I live in the US and im on an central time zone. As im typing this it is currently 11:12 pm. Also people are interested in playing both Wildemount  and Tal'dorei they just fill up really fast.
I would also love to toss my name into the fold!
My time zone:  Pacific Daylight Time Los Angeles (GMT-7) My experience: I’ve played D&D and some other TTG for about 20 years. I have a lot of the D&D you mention as physical copy hope it would be ok to use them. The games I’ve played with usually have a good mix of RP and Combat. I feel that I can get along with most people and I am pretty easy to get along with. Not super knowledgeable with the second season of CR would this be a problem? (I'm still trying to catch up with the 1st good show though.)  Feel free to PM with any questions or to give more details about the game as I'm sure we'll both have more questions.  Look forward to hearing from you, thanks for you time.
