Could someone help me to create a macro that in the scroll take the attribute + mod and add this value in the result of the d100. as if a character has 15 Strength and MOD strength is 2. the person takes 52 on the d100 and adds 15 + 2 on the 52 = 69.

The actual syntax will vary depending on where and how it is used, and what the sheet is. This will work if you are using the D&D 5th Edition by Roll20 Sheet, and have a token selected that represents a character: [[@{selected|strength}+@{selected|strength_mod}+1d100]]
thanks man

Thats pretty easy. Just do this: Strength,@{selected|strength}+@{selected|strength_mod}| Dexterity,@{selected|dexterity}+@{selected|dexterity_mod}} Just copy that strength line as many times as you need, and replace the attributes.

The macro is almost ready but I'm not able to leave it with template @{selected|Token_name}**?{Choose|Normal, 1d100cs>45cf<44 > 44; Normal | Easy, 1d100cs>29cf<28 > 28; Easy | Difficult, 1d100cs>61cf<60 > 60; Difficult | Very Difficultl, 1d100cs>77cf<76 > 76; Very Difficult | Impossible, 1d100cs>93cf<92 > 92; Impossible } does anyone know how to put template in this macro.

Without knowing which character sheet you are using (you still haven't confirmed), this should work in any game: &{template:default} {{Roll=@{selected|Token_name}**?{Choose|Normal, 1d100cs>45cf<44 > 44; Normal | Easy, 1d100cs>29cf<28 > 28; Easy | Difficult, 1d100cs>61cf<60 > 60; Difficult | Very Difficultl, 1d100cs>77cf<76 > 76; Very Difficult | Impossible, 1d100cs>93cf<92 > 92; Impossible }}}

In 5e you can create an attack macro with 1d20 + [MOD] + [PROF] adding percentage as + 20% or -30%?
