I haven't had much success joining others and having the game last more than a couple sessions, so I'm going to try to "referee" a group. Looking to get up to 10 players max, but guessing on past interest, it will be much less. The game will be on Wednesday nights (sorry, basing on my ability to run it weekly with the least amount of interuptions). Start time will be in the evenings, Central time (USA). I'm thinking 6pm, but flexible on the start time. Will be version 2 of the game as that is what Roll20 has as their character sheet. I want to start on October, 14th with a character building session/mini intro scenario. If you know the system well and want to build a character before then, I'm fine with adding you to the game and giving you a character sheet in-game. I'm going to be pretty lenient (& generous) on your character builds, so you can play what you want. However, the party will pretty much die if everyone is a Special Forces Warrior with no other skills! LOL. I'm going to be modifying some rules, so if you are a purist to the RAW (Rules as Written), then this is probably not the game for you. Also, I have no military background, besides being an avid reader of Vietnam and other military conflicts in recent history. The campaign might not be the most realistic, but I'm hoping to make it fun and playable by modifying some rules. Anyways, I will answer questions here in this thread or Private message. Start Date: Wednesday, October 14th - assuming I don't have 10 players in the next 29 hours that want to start tomorrow night! Start Time: Evenings (Maybe 6pm) Central Time Zone (USA) - I live in the Chicago suburbs Game/Version: Modified Twilight 2000 - Version 2 Wants: Committment to having fun and playing weekly - I don't plan on cancelling a session if a player or two can't make it. We'll put them on KP or guard duty and try to not get them killed that week, so they can rejoin the next week. Technology: Roll20 for character sheets, dice rolling and encounters along with Discord for map/picture sharing and voice. PS - This is my 1st time running a game in over 30 years, so please have patience too!

I made up a step-by-step guide for creating the characters with my house rules. Once you join, I'll add it to your handouts to guide in creating the characters. We will still use the first session (Wednesday 10/14) to create or go over characters and get group equipment.
Hey! Asking my current group if they'd be interested in playing. If they want to switch games I have three others that can join.
I'm in if it comes together.
are you set on Wednesdays? want to play but already in a wednesday game :/
If you have a different day let me know :)
Sorry, I'm set on Wednesday. Got games other weekday nights and weekends get too busy.
I'm interested in playing. i haven't played ver 2.0/2.2 but have the rule books and equipment books. I have only ever played ver 1.0.

poked through Character Gen have a few questions to see if im understanding things correctly. think i got it all sorted out. just need to fill in a few things on the C sheet
I am interested, if you have open slots.
I'm certainly interested
Hey Todd, I'm Carl, and I'm interested in joining. I have the 2.2 rules so building a character won't be too tough.
As a Vet, who has played this since the 80's and also got in on the Kickstarter for the new version, would love to play.
Found enough players yet? I have played this game in the past and really enjoyed it. As for a charachter, let me know what the team already has or needs and I can see what we can work up. Thanks
I am also interested. Do you still have room?
We are full right now, but I assume that will change over time. I'll check back with you when we lose a player. Thanks for the interest.
