I haven't had much success joining others and having the game last more than a couple sessions, so I'm going to try to "referee" a group. Looking to get up to 10 players max, but guessing on past interest, it will be much less. The game will be on Wednesday nights (sorry, basing on my ability to run it weekly with the least amount of interuptions). Start time will be in the evenings, Central time (USA). I'm thinking 6pm, but flexible on the start time. Will be version 2 of the game as that is what Roll20 has as their character sheet. I want to start on October, 14th with a character building session/mini intro scenario. If you know the system well and want to build a character before then, I'm fine with adding you to the game and giving you a character sheet in-game. I'm going to be pretty lenient (& generous) on your character builds, so you can play what you want. However, the party will pretty much die if everyone is a Special Forces Warrior with no other skills! LOL. I'm going to be modifying some rules, so if you are a purist to the RAW (Rules as Written), then this is probably not the game for you. Also, I have no military background, besides being an avid reader of Vietnam and other military conflicts in recent history. The campaign might not be the most realistic, but I'm hoping to make it fun and playable by modifying some rules. Anyways, I will answer questions here in this thread or Private message. Start Date: Wednesday, October 14th - assuming I don't have 10 players in the next 29 hours that want to start tomorrow night! Start Time: Evenings (Maybe 6pm) Central Time Zone (USA) - I live in the Chicago suburbs Game/Version: Modified Twilight 2000 - Version 2 Wants: Committment to having fun and playing weekly - I don't plan on cancelling a session if a player or two can't make it. We'll put them on KP or guard duty and try to not get them killed that week, so they can rejoin the next week. Technology: Roll20 for character sheets, dice rolling and encounters along with Discord for map/picture sharing and voice. PS - This is my 1st time running a game in over 30 years, so please have patience too!
