Interesting gemoetry

Probably it's intentional, but I don't really get why side of the square has the same length as it's diagonal:

In many games the first diagonal is counted as 5 feet, and the second as 10 feet, to allow miniatures/tokens to move diagonally without Invocation of Pythagoras.

This is dependant on what diagonal measurement system you've got set up in the Page Settings. By Default, a page uses the D&D 4th Edition diagonal rules which counts diagonals the same as cardinal directions. You can switch this to D&D 3.5/Pathfinder style, Euclidean or Manhattan from the page settings.

Some people don't notice the Page Settings at first. It's a little bit hidden until you know where it is. As GM, open your Pages bar across the top. Hold your mouse over one of your pages thumbnails. A little GEAR ICON will appear (top left of the page icon I think). Click that & look into the options for Diagonals there!
Thank you all :)
