[LFG]Two new players looking for group, UK based.

Hi, I and my partner have been looking for a group for a while. For all intents and purposes, we are blank slates. I've played Neverwinter Nights 1 and 2 for years on Lord of the Rings themed RP servers (TRS, if anyone played there), an embarrassing 2000+ hours on steam. I've also played a couple in-person sessions of 5e, but beyond that, I know very little. Never found a group of friends who were interested in tabletop and didn't know sites like Roll20 existed, so it never happened. The same for my partner. We're both from the UK (We're both 18+) and have fairly open schedules. We don't particularly care what we play, whether it's homebrew, 5e, pathfinder, star wars, game of thrones etc, we just want a fun session where the members don't take it too seriously, just a group of friends who like to roleplay and have some fun for a few hours each week/fortnight/month (whatever works). We're reliable and dedicated. We aren't opposed to paid sessions in the future, but as we've not played on Roll20 and aren't sure what to expect at the moment, we're not looking at paid. Hi Chris, We play a published sci-fi rpg called Alternity once (sometimes twice) per month on a Friday starting at 8pm (GMT/UTC/London). We usually play for 4-5 hours. Good modern cultural references to draw upon as parallels for our game setting would be Mandalorian, The Expanse, Firefly & Guardians of the Galaxy. The game already has three players, who have their own starship and have played many sessions. I've GM'd for decades with multiple rpg games.  We're looking for up to three additional players who can attend regularly & intend to play a story arc that will develop over a long period of time. It's fine for you to learn the rules as you go along if you don't know Alternity. Games are via Roll20 Tools and Discord (voice) & are adult only. Hello, I'm part of a group of ppl enjoying al sorts of different TTRPG systems mostly based in Europe. We have different games al troughout the week and would love to have you! We have a discord group where we hang out and sometimes even have out of the blue session if we have enough ppl around. currently we have a pathfinder game, a dragon age game and system we are testing we also often run one-shots for ppl to try out systems to see if they like them!
