5e Roll20 Character Sheet - Encumbrance

Having trouble with 2 character sheets not indicating Variant Encumbrance (PHB p176).The character sheet settings have been verified they are set, Encumbrance: Variant (PHB p176). The issue is with 2 characters that have 18 strength but they are able to carry over 90 weight without encumbrance activating. The other characters have less strength (6 and 17) and the sheet indicates they are encumbered at the correct weights (30 and 85). I tested adding up to 8000cp to the sheet to put the weight well over the encumbered/heavy encumbered limit, encumbered did not activate. I changed the encumbrance setting to Simple, exited game, relogged and changed back to Variant but there was no change. Am I missing something here to get these characters with 18 STR to indicate encumbered?

I don't seem to be able to reproduce that. What happens if you change the strength value? One thing always worth trying when a sheet misbehaves - change the name of the sheet and test again
Thanks for the feedback. Changing the STR score was tested but the encumbrance was unchanged, The STR score was changed to 10 and clicked outside of the STR box, encumbered did not activate. The character sheet template was changed but the encumbrance was unchanged. The sheet type was changed to 'Scrolls', settings saved, the game was opened and the sheet was viewed, the sheet type was changed back to 'Roll20', settings saved, the game was opened and the sheet was viewed but encumbered did not activate.  I also changed the game settings using the 'Roll20' sheet for encumbrance to Simple and saved, then changed it back to Variant. This did not activate the encumbered indicator.  This may boil down to recreating the sheets that are impacted. I created a new character and assigned STR as 18 and encumbered activated, I was trying to find an easier solution before recreating the sheets.

Ah... when I said change the name of the sheet, I meant the character name, rather than the sheet the game is using. So changing "Bob" to "Alice" for example.
My mistake. I did change the name of the original sheet after it was copied, there was no change to the encumbrance indication. I am not positive but I think the players impacted may have paused half way through the character mancer process. Perhaps that was the cause?

That's odd, I can't really see much in the way of Attributes, except: encumbrance_setting - on encumbrance - HEAVILY ENCUMBERED Obviously the second one will change depending on your current weight, but worth checking what values you have for the two of them.
The attributes page was verified prior to any changes or copying of the sheets. Encumbrance_setting was set to ON but the field next to encumbrance was blank which reflected what the char sheet was reporting.
