Spellmaster export giving dreaded infinite loop error

Setting up a new install of Spellmaster, have completed adding all my purchased/homebrew spells to a character sheet and then manually adding the class information as appropriate (with PHB and XGE that took a minute...) Now, when attempting to "Export Homebrew" it gets to about 3rd level on average before crashing the engine and giving the "possible infinite loop detected" error. It seems like this was supposed to already be handled?  During research it appears as though there was a version that allowed you to specify a level so that you could gradually import large datasets... is that not a thing anymore?  I also see a response at some point which was along the lines of "delete most of them and start over, a few at a time" but with no way to save my work on class assignments that would essentially be a non-starter... I REALLYUdont want to do that again.  I attempted to understand whatever wizardry The Aaron was casting when he discussed deferred operations parsed into small chunks and now I've developed some sort of eye tic.  So, I've got that going for me... Is there an updated switch to handle large data?  Failing that, is there a way to export my updated spells (a few at a time, apparently) onto a new character sheet for Spellmaster import? also, thank you for taking a look... peace! t
still hoping for a solution, the following passage from the official readme stands out: The export process will begin in the background. It is  processor-intensive  on the server, a nd SpellMaster is forced to throttle itself, lest the API watchdog kill it . As a result, the process, depending on the number of spells, can take seconds to minutes to complete. You will be notified when it completes through a chat message. so this is obviously not working in my instance.  can anyone confirm the same problem, or is something perhaps broken on my end? tnx again!
You may want to message the SpellMaster creator directly. I had some questions about SpellMaster in the spring, and posted in the SM thread, but the person never answered. I hope you can work out your issue! (I haven't encountered it myself)
thank you for the reply.  i actually broke down and PM'd them yesterday... with copious apologies for reaching out directly.  The concept of re-adding all of those classes and spells by hand is daunting enough to make me give up on SpellMaster entirely, to be honest... especially since it is apparently against design... Thats not what I'm hoping for here, but Im not a JS wizard such as The Aaron or whatevs and I cant modify the code... color me worthless  ;) again, thanks for the feedback. peace!

It's a great script, but the hand-importing parts are a big drag and probably scare off a lot of potential users. I'm hoping they can address these issues in the next version of SpellMaster, whenever that may be. Good luck! :)
