[LFP][5e][Streaming] DnD Mini Series

Hail thee of might and valor, An life long fan of the original I9 Ravenloft module, and a new streamer (mostly doing XBox games but some occasional PC games or Minecraft with my daughter), I'm thinking about taking a stab at a 4 part mini series to recreate the major themes of the great and inspirational classic.  I'm looking to run it on a weekend evening over 4 weeks either Eastern or Central Time US  (target times will be between 6-10pm but will vary by availability).  Comfort with a video streaming platform is a must.  Discord is a likely tool for communication and video calling (a little more stable than Zoom with a few more communication features built in). If the group gels we may continue with a new campaign after the mini-series.  Or I may take another iconic adventure (or iconic to me) and create another mini series. :) EDIT:  See below for some changes in story.
I'd be willing to join into this, preferably if your streaming on sat or sun
I'm down for this but how will you run this?

More than likely I'll be hosting the sessions on Discord, and pulling the discord video into the stream as a visual.  I've already done some work in layout so that the out going view is a bit dynamic and fun.  A "battle board" would likely be on Roll 20 to serve as a means to show relative positions easily but I'm not sure I plan to use it for all of the game scripting or character sheets.  It's good but it's another system to learn and master and I feel like I've got full hands already.

So an update: I have a discord server up and running.  So far most of the players there are people I know RL or I know through streaming.  But anyone is welcome to join the server and fill in an availability survey.  Please contact me via private message for details. It looks like Sunday evening is percolating up for me as a good day/time.  I will NOT be running Curse of Strahd as the main game, however.  I'm going to write some Ravenloft-esque modules to run for a cast of 4 players at a time.  After each "mini-series" we'll rotate out players based on interest, demand, and schedules.
