Dealing Cards to Multiple Characters (not players)

Right now I can deal one hand of cards to each Player. I cannot deal more than one hand to the DM in the case of multiple NPCs. I cannot deal more than one hand to a Player in the event they are running more than one character. I cannot test a new game as the DM without players present. Is there a way to work around this other than making dozens of roll20 accounts?
