Some Players Can't Roll Damage

Some of my players were having issues rolling their damage dice from their sheet. I've looked over the sheets of those who couldn't and those who could and I didn't find anything wrong. Am I missing something?

Which game? The sheets are different for each game.

Do you mean rolling damage independently, or rather the damage is not being rolled automatically with the attack roll? Farling's question is important. For example, in the 5e OGL sheet, there is a field in the sheet settings page (upper right) called "Auto Damage Roll". These settings might be different on for the characters in question. Other sheets will have different settings & behaviors.

5th edition.  i mean they can roll attacks, but i have to roll damage. even though one of my players can roll damage himself.

as far as i can see, theres nothing wrong. are my players just idiots.

If you can provide any, screenshots of what you/your players are seeing in game would be helpful so that people know exactly what you are talking about.
