Numerical Hight Mapping

Would love to be able to give the map a sense of depth by setting hight for lighting objects and tokens so tokens above the set hight or below the set base can move/see through the lighting object. This would make it possible to create so many effects; windows light can pass through but you cant see out of, walls flying tokens can pass/see over but walking tokens cant, stages/platforms tokens cant see onto until at that hight, even objects that obstruct certain types of vision but not others.
